How it Works

When your customer writes you a bad check, your bank will forward the returned check directly to our collection team. We will then scan an image and enter vital check information into our computer systems and resubmit the check electronically via the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network. This is the same system that is commonly used for direct deposit payroll. At the same time, a collection fee appropriate to the merchant’s state is also transmitted through the ACH network. If the electronic item returns again, our representatives will then call the bank to verify funds before submitting the item again. When funds are collected and releasable, you will receive 100% of the face value of the check that was recovered.
